In progress: Engineering Change Orders (ECO) are now in progress, as shown by this field.
Approvals: This field is used to provide the necessary officials approval for a modification. Stage approvals can be specified in the stage settings. Both officials and approval types can be added here.
Effective: This field is effective because it is utilized at the same time that ECO is confirmed. Allow to apply adjustments, final stages, and folded in kanban view can now be checked. This will be the last stage of the process.

This is connected to Odoo's CRM and Project modules. However, in this situation, each level can have an approve choice.

To create ECO Tags:

To create a new Engineering Change Order (ECO):
You can now open the Engineering Change Order in the PLM dashboard.

You can fill in the relevant fields such as >>

You could include a description of the modification.

>>Apply on BoM, Routing, OR BOTH for a product you choose.

>>At this point, you can select the ECO type.

>> The date on which the changes should be implemented is displayed in the Effectivity field.

After you've completed all of the relevant fields and saved your modifications. Click the Start Revision Button at that point.

After selecting the Upload Documents option after clicking the Start Revision button, the user may now allocate the documents to the PLM operations on the order. Select and upload documents from the system to the platform.
