You can select one of the three options. If you want to see all of your products, go to the Products tab, as shown in the above screenshot. As illustrated in the screenshot below, Odoo will send you to the product page, where you can view and manage all of your items.
All of your products will be listed here, along with their prices and available units, as well as their product codes. Click the create button, as shown below, to create a new product.

To create and configure a new product, click the 'Create' button as shown in the screenshot above. Odoo will lead you to a configuration page to configure your product, as shown below.

The Product setup space of the Odoo 15 inventory module is shown in the screenshot above. You have access to all sophisticated features and options on product information, which you can use to apply and modify the product. It is critical to fully comprehend all of these characteristics in order to maintain an active connection with the inventory module and achieve optimal inventory management efficiency.
Enter the product name and other details, including an image of the product, for initial settings. You have a choice of options. To set the type of Product that you are producing, use terms like Can be sold, Can be purchased, Recurring Can be rented.
The next stage is to develop and set product information, which is used extensively throughout Odoo's many modules. For product management, several functions are required. As shown in the screenshot below, these services include General information, Attributes, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and eBay.

Each has its own set of customization possibilities. To configure any of the functionalities, simply click on it. If you select General information, you can provide general product information. In the screenshot below, the configuration on the General information is shown.

The setup space seen in the screenshot above is used to provide broad product information. Setting the product's general information is vital since the Odoo system will operate with the product based on the details you apply or provide here.

Enter the Product type from the options in Configuration, as shown below.

To define your product category, choose amongst the product types. In the General information area, you can configure the Invoicing policy Units of measure, Purchase UoM, and enter the sales price Customer taxes, Tax cloud category, Cost, Product category, Internal reference Barcode, and Company. Odoo will assess the configurations and pre-configure the product based on the information provided. As demonstrated in the screenshot below, you can customize the product's attributes and versions.

The Product's attributes, such as Brand, Legs, Color, Weight, Dimensions, Duration, and Size, can all be customized. On the Attributes page, you can search for more options. The attributes and variants of the products are set in the Odoo inventory module once you enter the Values and click Configure. Setting the Sales settings on a product is the next option.
Odoo allows you the ability to customize Sales on a per-product basis. You can use the Sales configuration option to set the Product to a 'Sales' level. The Sales configurations that you can put on a product are shown in the screenshot below.

By selecting the Available in PoS option in Odoo 15, you can make the product available on your Point of Sale module. Optional products, Accessories products, and Alternative products are three key functions within the Upsell and Cross-sell choices that you can design according to your sales requirements. You can add the product to your website directly from here, as well as specify the categories. You can also display the available stock quantity. Additionally, you can configure and create an Out of Stock message.
You may give Purchase configurations on the Product in the same way that you can give Sales configurations, as demonstrated in the screenshot below.

Here you can customize the Vendor Details form. When you click the Vendor field, a drop-down list of vendors appears for you to select from, as shown in the screenshot below.

As shown in the screenshot above, you can select from a list of merchants to add. With the Search more option, you may look for vendors. After that, select the Currency type from the drop-down menu, as shown below.

Choose a currency type and then move on to the Units of measure, pricing, and delivery information. Click the three dots as indicated below to get more fields.

As shown in the screenshot above, you may add fields by clicking on the empty boxes near the fields. You can also create your own fields.

You can also customize the inventory data. As displayed, you can adjust the Operations, Traceability, Logistics, and Packaging details.

It is critical to complete these parts. Under Operations, you can specify your preferred routes. This is required for the Product's Reconciliation and Replenishment procedures in the inventory module. Alternatively, you can adjust the product when it's time to replenish it.

After that, you have three options for enabling the Traceability option on the product: by unique serial number, by lots, or no tracking. The inventory methods for the product are present when you configure the details under the Logistics option.
From the product configuration tab, you can set the Accounting configuration for the product, as illustrated.

On the product form, you may set up all of the accounting details. Configuring all of these details allows the Odoo system to operate quickly on product movements and manage them effectively. It is not necessary to fill out all of these details the first time you set up a product, but as time goes on, you will find that all of these options are required for product administration, and you can customize them accordingly.
The Odoo inventory module will keep track of your product stock and ensure that it is balanced. The inventory module of Odoo 15 focuses all of its operations and features on ensuring that you have the most accurate data on inventory movements for appropriate inventory management and future inventory planning.
